The politicians made it clear: there should no longer be a new lockdown in autumn.
The minister brought good news from Munich. "The new guidelines on the corona pandemic that we adopted in Bavaria bring relief and simplification for the citizens of the Free State," said the interior minister. A lot is now possible again thanks to the 3G rule - recovered, vaccinated, tested. More spectators are allowed at sporting events, and indoor and outdoor training has been relaxed. "Now more people can meet again," summarized Herrmann. He also announced that on the first day of school after the holidays, a 30 euro voucher would be available for all Bavarian primary school children to help them join a sports club of their choice. For daycare children and first graders there is also a voucher for the “seahorse” badge in swimming.
Stracke praises the voucher solution

He welcomed the relief that came with the new regulations and made it clear: “There will be no new lockdown this fall!
Rather, we want to get through autumn and winter with the 3G rule. "

For example, traditional costume and rifle clubs are dissatisfied with the fact that the 30 euro voucher is only valid for sports clubs and elementary school children, i.e. for the age group from six to ten years. Jürgen Schwarz, head of the Marktoberdorf Music Academy and thus host of the event, reported that he was in close contact with Bavaria's Minister of Science Bernd Sibler in order to find solutions for the coming weeks for music clubs and the event industry after the long months of lockdown.
How important the exchange with the clubs was to the minister was shown by the fact that he stayed a whole hour longer than was actually planned and did not block any requests to speak.
