District
- A routine tour by two Deutsche Bahn employees ends dramatically.
Around midnight, the two employees checked the short-term shutdown of the S-Bahn between Donnersbergerbrücke and Hackerbrücke when they discovered a sprayer who was spraying paint on an S8.
The attempt to escape ends in shackles
The two employees of the railway alert the federal police and want to hold the 28-year-old sprayer until they arrive.
When the 55-year-old and the 49-year-old identify themselves, the sprayer who was caught tries to flee.
The DB employees prevent the escape and tie up the 28-year-old, who comes from the northern district of Munich, so that he cannot run away again, according to a press release from the federal police.
Sprayer loses several teeth
The sprayer tries to free himself again and to flee, falling and landing face-to-face on a track.
The sprayer loses several teeth and has a badly bleeding laceration on his lip.
When the police officers arrive, the man is handed over.
The federal police then request an ambulance to take the injured person to a city clinic.
Evidence recovered from house search
The investigating judge then orders a search of the 28-year-old's apartment.
During the search, federal police officers can seize a mobile phone, several drawings, electronic data carriers and the crime clothes.
The resulting material damage to the S-Bahn amounts to approx. 200 euros.
