Unknown individuals opened fire last night (Saturday) at the home of a senior Israeli police officer in the village of Kanna in the Lower Galilee, about six kilometers from the city of Nazareth, where the police are conducting searches for the terrorists fleeing Gilboa Prison.
According to police, damage was done to the senior officer's home but no one was injured in the shooting.
Large forces of police arrived at the scene and are investigating the circumstances of the unusual incident.
