The investigators of the disappearance of Tehuel de la Torre, who was seen for the last time on March 11, when he left his house in the Buenos Aires town of San Vicente, determined that

a blood stain found in the home of one of the detainees

belongs to the young trans.

It is about genetic material found on a wall in the house of Luis Alberto Ramos (37), detained along with Oscar Alfredo Montes (46) for "

cover-up in a royal contest with false testimony

."

Judicial sources confirmed that the expert reports established that the DNA belonged to Tehuel and in the coming weeks other measures will continue to elucidate what happened to the young man.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor for the case, Karina Guyot, ordered

three raids

that were carried out this Friday morning.

According to sources in the case, two of the operations were carried out at the homes of the detainees and a remainder at a

sanctuary in San La Muerte

at the request of the body of anthropologists engaged in the investigation.

Tehuel disappeared when he left his house

for a job interview at Alejandro Korn

.

The complaint for the disappearance was made by the Tehuel couple to the Police and to the prosecutor Karina Guyot, who deployed various operations, including one at Ramos's house.

Ramos acknowledged having met Tehuel on March 11 at 4:30 p.m., but maintained that they did not go to any event and that each one withdrew.

However, his version could not be corroborated and the prosecutor Guyot requested his arrest.

In addition to Ramos, Oscar Alfredo Montes (46), a scrap dealer with a criminal record for sexual abuse, was also arrested, and prosecutor Guyot charged the same crime as the first defendant: "cover-up in a real contest with false testimony."

Six months after his disappearance, the family demanded the formation of a team of prosecutors to collaborate with the search and assured that the two men arrested in the case

"know what happened

.

"

"The cause is

a heap of kilos of paper that is useless

. Where is Tehuel?" Said Andrés de la Torre during a press conference via Zoom organized by La Colectiva Feminista on the half-year anniversary of the disappearance of the young trans man.

Through a statement, they criticized the investigators, as they assured that "despite the

amount of paperwork that is bulging the bodies of the file

, which is getting bigger, Tehuel still does not appear."

Tehuel's relatives "expressly demanded that there be a team of prosecutors who are dedicated to the search for Tehuel, that there is not only one prosecutor alone, with other responsibilities, as the only one in charge of looking for Tehuel, because if so, not we see near the possibility of having a positive result ".
