The middle-aged chef saw her daughter who was in elementary school showing sexual characteristics, and was curious and touched her breasts and private parts while she was asleep.

He felt that the guilt had ceased for a while.

The daughter eventually revealed to her mother that she had been violated by her father. It also revealed that her daughter had a tendency to commit suicide and self-harm, and that she had hatred towards her father.

The chef pleaded guilty to 5 counts of indecent assault in the District Court today (10th), and the judge adjourned the case to the 23rd of this month and sentenced him.

The 48-year-old defendant admitted to assaulting the victim X at his residence 5 times between June 2017 and November 14, 2020.

X was between 11 and 14 years old at the time of the incident.

X has suicidal tendency and hates his father

The prosecution court revealed the victim X’s trauma report, saying that X felt distressed at the time of the case, avoided communicating with the defendant for fear of being violated again, had suicidal and self-injury tendencies, and had hatred towards his father, but he also ordered the other party to repay pen.

Fear and anger of being violated by the father

According to the case, X informed her mother that she had been assaulted by the defendant in November 2020, and the incident was eventually referred to the Social Welfare Department and reported to the police.

During the video interview, X said that when he fell asleep in his residence, the defendant repeatedly touched his chest and private parts, feeling frightened and angry.

The defendant admitted to touching his daughter wet and salty for a while

The defendant was arrested on the 17th of the same month.

The defendant stated in the video interview that when X was in primary six, he had insulted X who was sleeping four times, including touching his chest through clothes or putting his hands into X's clothes, or touching X's private parts through his underwear.

He also said that because X began to show sexual characteristics, he was curious and committed crimes.

Once stopped because of feeling guilty

After the fourth assault, he felt guilty and did not dare to sexually harass X for a long time.

However, on November 14, 2020, he was once again indecent as a result of "salt and wet".

When X was sleeping, he covered X's body with a quilt, and when he saw the opponent's chest, he reached into X's shirt and touched his chest.

Committing crimes under pressure

The defendant pleaded guilty and apologized to his daughter and family.

He also said that he might try the law because of the pressure of taking care of paralyzed parents and working long hours.
