A red alert was sounded tonight (Saturday morning) in the Gaza Strip after a rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip at Israel.
The IDF said that the rocket was fired by fighters from the Iron Dome system and that there were no casualties and no damage was done.
The shooting comes after Islamic Jihad threatened a harsh response after the capture of two of the organization's terrorists who escaped from Gilboa Prison last week.
