The singer would have refused to wear a mask in a Nice-Paris trip and would have lost his temper at the insistence of the agent.

The altercation would have taken place on Sunday, September 5, in a train leaving from Nice, direction Paris.
The singer and his companion, who got on board with their faces naked, were then intercepted by an SNCF controller, asking them to put on the mask.
To which Francis Lalanne would have replied in the negative, presenting a document from his doctor, exempting him from wearing said mask, even though the regulations would require it.

A second controller would then have joined his colleague and succeeded in making the couple listen to reason, after thirty minutes of a dialogue of the deaf.
But once the agents removed, Francis Lalanne would have removed his mask again, causing a new heated debate in the train.
