The two key figures involved in the case are a 27-year-old man with the last name of Xin Ngee An, Tsim Sha Tsui, with the nickname "A B", who follows "Ah Qi" under Fit person "Xi B" of "Xin Ngee An" in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Another 36-year-old man surnamed Chen is nicknamed "A Wei", and he is a subordinate of "Da Wen," a 14K fierce tofu student named "Da Wen".
