The driver lost control of his vehicle and the car hit the crowd,
”said the Pas-de-Calais Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) in a statement.
Their balance sheet shows three "
seriously injured
", including two people of 18 years and one of 21 years.
Two other 18-year-olds and a 38-year-old were "
slightly
" injured.
