Motorcycle rolls 100 meters after an accident
The motorcyclist was still able to countersteer and get back onto the road.
The young man lost control of his machine and hit the guardrail again.
The driver fell to the ground while the motorcycle continued to roll over 100 meters in an upright position before it stopped at the threading lane at Karl Lederer Platz.
Those present provide first aid
"Fortunately, due to a red phase, there was no oncoming traffic at that moment, so that no other road users were endangered," reports Police Chief Inspector Nikolaus Hohenreiter.
"However, the 25-year-old suffered serious injuries and was first cared for by those present before he was taken to the hospital."
The police estimate the property damage at 15,000 euros.
The B11 had to be closed for about an hour and a diversion was set up.
