Hurlingham's ruling party went through the final part of the Primary campaign just as it began: with the new mayor
Damián Selci
and his fellow campers gradually taking more prominence, and a notorious absence of the now Minister of Social Development,
Juan Zabaleta.
Since leaving the municipal executive, the outgoing mayor has
only been in his territory twice,
which does not mean that he does not follow him closely.
For one of the most "albertistas" of the communal heads of Greater Buenos Aires, the objective is to return to the Municipality in 2023.

In the middle of the campaign, the interim mayor began to give his stamp to the local government, with some changes in the municipal Cabinet, until now within what had been planned.
One of the last activities promoted was a meeting in La Plata with the Buenos Aires ministers of Public Works and Justice, to "build a way out of the pandemic by advancing a future agenda with
more works for our community
