In the past, the response rate of the questionnaire survey was about 70% to 80%, but only about 50% to 60% in the past two to three years.
Even if the purpose of the application is immigration, the applicant may not be able to successfully apply for the visa to the place of emigration after the "good citizen certificate" is approved, and may not necessarily move.
