He played the role of a police officer in "Taxi 5", he appears from this Monday before the Assize Court of Essonne, in Evry, in the company of three alleged accomplices for acts of attempted murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.
Actor and comedian Saïd Bogotá, also seen in the film "Pattaya", is suspected of having had his ex's boyfriend kidnapped and tried to kill him.
The facts took place on December 14, 2018. That day, the artist, who lives in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), calls on accomplices to kidnap a young man of 17 from Villejuif (Val- de-Marne).
Saïd Bogotá wants revenge on the latter, who is dating his ex-girlfriend, and whom he suspects of being at the origin of their breakup.
The victim had been beaten and burned
The victim is kidnapped in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne), near the garage where he works.
In the vehicle, he is threatened and played with a flash ball.
He was then taken to the south of Essonne, to Saint-Chéron, in a place far from the city center.
Kidnapped for a little over three hours in a cellar, the young man is tied up with an electric cable used to power a television.
The victim was tortured with an adjustable wrench, sprayed with acid, and allegedly took a flash ball at close range, according to him. Her cries of pain end up alerting a resident of the residence, who decides to go down to the cellar. When she opens the door, the teenager takes the opportunity to flee, with his captors on the trail. In the dark, she notices that one of them is small and reports it to investigators.
But it is not finished.
In a nearby field, the fugitive is caught by the thugs who do not hesitate to sprinkle gasoline on him and set him on fire.
The teenager manages to run away again, while undressing to escape the flames.
He then knocks on the door of a pavilion and is rescued by the occupant who alerts the gendarmes.
Very seriously injured, the victim had to be plunged into an artificial coma in order to prevent him from suffering too much.
Saïd Bogotá was arrested a few days later, on December 17, 2018, and placed in pre-trial detention.
The trial, which takes place before the juvenile assize court, will be held behind closed doors.
The verdict is expected on September 21.
