Crack trafficking in Paris: how the police track the dealers?

According to the French Observatory for Drugs and Drug Addiction (OFDT), there are around 43,000 crack users in France, including 13,000 in Île-de-France.

In the capital, 80% of traffic is concentrated in the 10th, 18th and 19th arrondissements, according to the police headquarters.

In the Stalingrad sector alone, there are said to be between 80 and 120 drug addicts every night.
