He calculated to the local court that in addition to 30,000 euros in debt, he only had 80 euros a month for purchases. "Where should I get the money for the public prosecutor's office from there?" He asked Judge Vera Hörauf. She replied that he was already at the bottom with a daily rate of 25 euros - but finally agreed to a rate of 15 euros.
