On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security, police and the Corona Regulations Enforcement Agency updated that 117 verified Corona returnees, who apparently forged negative test credentials, would be questioned by police for forgery and fraud and aggravated illness.

This, in accordance with the directive of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett last night.

Upon the return of the positive to the virus, police officers and representatives of the Immigration and Population Authority isolated them for transport in ambulances to their homes, after being summoned for questioning.

They will report to the police for questioning at the end of ten days of recovery, and criminal cases will be opened for everyone.

These are serious offenses that can lead to prison sentences of up to five years.
