A wounding case occurred in Taguling.
At about 6 o'clock in the evening today (12th), two men of Bangladeshi origin were in Xiashan Jiyi Village on Ping Che Road, suspected of arguing over money issues.
Among them, a 43-year-old man suddenly attacked his 27-year-old hometown with a saber about 20 cm long.
Upon seeing this, another 30-year-old neighbor from the same township tried to stop but failed. He was also wounded by the murderer with a knife. The murderer wounded others and fled.
Upon receiving the report, the police officers intercepted the suspect nearby, arrested him on suspicion of wounding, and brought him to investigation.
In the incident, the 27-year-old victim suffered a foot injury, and a 30-year-old neighbor injured his hand and abdomen. He was awake and sent to North District Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin for treatment.
The case was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of the Border Police District for follow-up.
