Children moved and danced to the rhythm and music and drew artistic paintings with their tender bodies through the performance presented by the Palo team entitled The Golden Age.
The show, which was organized by the Directorate of Theaters and Music of the National Theater in Homs, was a synthesis between two styles of classical and contemporary dance, in which 45 children participated.
In it, the show mixed oriental and western Arabic music to reach beautiful classical pieces that children can dance and interact with its 6 paragraphs and dances.
The preparations for the show, according to the left, took four months of effort, time and fatigue with the dancers, especially that the team ranges in age groups from five to 14 years, which requires intensive and careful training.
In turn, the trainer, “Angela Nashta,” pointed out the importance of ballet art, the aesthetics and techniques that it needs, in addition to the effort the dancers made to reach an integrated show, pointing to the training difficulties that the team went through due to its varying ages to achieve a state of artistic and technical integration during the performance of the paragraphs.
Ballerina "Naya Makdisi", who participated in the Golden Age show with four paragraphs, expressed her happiness for standing as a child on this stage and in front of the audience, where his applause gave her support and joy.
Ballet dancer "Anton Attia" referred to his dream of being a ballet dancer since joining the Palo team, and he practices that hobby and stands on the stage to share with his colleagues the artistic performances.
The dancer "Jinan Al-Sabbagh" expressed her pleasure to participate in the beautiful and elegant show they presented.
It is noteworthy that the Balo troupe includes children from Al-Hamidiyah neighborhood and the village of Qutina, and they have performed several ballet performances in Homs.
