(CNN) -
U.S. Capitol police say they arrested a California man who had multiple knives in his truck, a swastika and other symbols of white supremacy painted near the Democratic National Committee headquarters Monday for early morning.
Patrol officers noticed the Dodge Dakota pickup around midnight.
Police say the vehicle did not have a license plate, but rather a picture of an American flag.
