Dozens of Palestinians were wounded by the Israeli occupation forces, who arrested three, including two children, in several areas in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the participants in the vigil organized by the National Committee to Support Prisoners in Nablus, injuring dozens of them and suffocating.
The director of ambulance and emergency at the Red Crescent Society in Nablus, Ahmed Jibril, said that dozens of Palestinians were shot in different parts of the body, including a journalist and a woman, who were taken to hospital for treatment, in addition to the injury of more than twenty others from suffocation by poison gas.
In the same context, a Palestinian was injured this evening, south of Jenin in the West Bank, as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' shooting at Palestinians participating in a solidarity stand in support of the prisoners, northeast of Jenin.
The occupation forces also arrested two children from Ni'lin village, west of Ramallah in the West Bank, after they stormed the village.
Earlier today, the Israeli occupation forces arrested three Palestinians in the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
