Aviv Levy, won the final of the World Water Skiing Championship which is currently being held in the city of Katowice in Poland.
In the final section, the Israeli surfer Or Shinyuk also competed, who at the very end of the section, after not giving up and insisting on finishing the route, was injured and was taken to the hospital.
Shinyuk won the prestigious bronze medal.

In the women's end, the Israeli surfer Aviv Ativ qualified for the finals, but this time it was not enough for her to stand on the podium.
The young Yam Lev (17) reached an extraordinary achievement and won fifth place, after an excellent track.
Lev will compete next week at the European Youth Championships in Germany.
The "Eilat" Association congratulated the Israeli surfers on their impressive achievements: "We are proud to have heard the hope on Polish soil, and wish a complete cure and a speedy recovery to light."
The team is coached by Moshiko Tzedaka, who also received the medal for Shinyuk, who is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
