Ahead of the start of the 2021/22 season, "Israel Today" is issuing a special poll examining Premier League teams on five different criteria: payment ethic, level of professionalism, envelope and conditions for players, medical-physiological and long-term thinking.
Unlike previous projects, this time the exam is through the eyes of the players, who see everything up close and experience things firsthand, without the need for filters and information brokers.
The poll was attended by no less than 35 players, Israelis and foreigners, and gave opinions on the teams in which they have played, or still play, in the last five years.
How much did Maccabi Tel Aviv, Bnei Herzliya, Hapoel Eilat and Hapoel B'Shlosha receive?
Part I of the "Israel Today" Poll
Hapoel Holon
Score: 3.8 out of 5
Hapoel Holon has established itself in recent years as the third largest club in Israeli basketball thanks to a handsome player budget, a large and loyal audience and a system that has developed over the years.
As can be seen from the player rankings, the team still has a purple where to go and what to improve, but the direction is definitely positive and optimistic.

Manco, Danny Maron
Hapoel Tel Aviv | Score: 3.0
One of the things that stands out in the project is the process that the group of fans in red has to go through in order to reach a place that suits it at the top of Israeli basketball, from the morality of payments to the level of professionalism and forward thinking.
The good news comes from a certain improvement that has taken place at the club in the last two years compared to previous years, according to our impression of conversations with the players who have been on the team.

Score: 3.9
The Magen Ner club is one of the refreshing things in our league.
Quietly and modestly, many Israeli players have broken through and progressed through it in recent years, and quality foreigners have also moved from it to senior teams on the continent.
All this alongside handsome successes and professional achievements.
As can be seen, the players also feel positive feelings when it comes to the sympathetic team and give it good scores in almost all categories.
