Today, the lecture hall at the Arab Cultural Center in Jableh hosted a poetic forum for three poets whose topics varied between patriotism, emotional and social.

In a statement to SANA reporter, the poet Ismail Merhej said that the emotional state prevails over the collection of poetic texts he presented and rises to a state of tolerant humanity. The first poem is prose entitled “Childhood” in which he talks about the steps of his village and its suburbs and what it has become in our days, and the second poem entitled “Safar” and the third “Al-Masha” is the poet’s village in which he grew up and is still present to him, in addition to presenting flashes that speak of an emotional state within the human conscience.

Poet Hanan Abdel Latif presented five diverse poems about the homeland, people’s concerns and personal concerns to reach the recipient and the reader, performing the required message, including the poem “Dialogue”, which is a flirtation between a man and a woman, “I am not a saint” that speaks of herself and her feelings, and “Cracks” that talk about a crack in the soul. and heart and conscience through the transition from an individual state to a collective state.

The poet Haitham Bishani participated in the poem “I adore Jableh” and addressed the city of Jableh and its people, and another poem entitled “Saddle the Horses of Victory,” which is patriotism that glorifies the victories of the homeland and its treasures, as he read some flirty flashes of a social nature.
