The center was formerly known as the Li'an Village Parent Mutual Help Child Care Center.
This kind of mutual help child care center provides flexible child care services for children under 3 years old on a self-financing basis by a non-governmental organization.
In order to strengthen child care services, the government announced a series of measures in the 2018 Policy Address, including accepting the recommendations of the consultant’s report on the "Long-term Development of Child Care Services" and reorganizing mutual help child care centres in stages to match the community’s child care Demand and make good use of public resources.
