The founder’s wife originally called the school to buy

Looking through the information, the owner of the Kwun Chung schoolhouse filed a lawsuit in the High Court in February this year to pursue arrears of rent from the school’s former operator Mount Kelly International Limited (now renamed PM Education Operation Limited). The total amount involved was nearly 3.55 million yuan.

It is known that the wife of the school’s founder Wang Baixian and the former director of the school’s former operator Lu Qiao’er, in August last year commissioned a lawyer to purchase the property of the Guanyong school building from the owner, but the transaction finally fell through.

Wang Baixian even told the law firm in June this year that the school's affiliated company will be liquidated and bankrupt, and he will leave Hong Kong forever.
