The victim was half unconscious and rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for emergency treatment.

Half of the license plate in front of the cargo van flew off. The driver was present to assist in the investigation. He emphasized that the traffic light was green at the time. There were cars driving on the first and second lanes on the left.

The police are learning about witness statements and dash cam footage and are investigating the cause of the accident.
