The requisitions partially followed
The prosecution requested in June four years in prison against this former officer during a hearing which took place behind closed doors.
Prosecutor Matthieu Bourrette also requested a ban for five years from carrying a weapon and any professional activity related to minors as well as registration with the Fijais (automated judicial file of perpetrators of sexual or violent offenses).

In police custody, the man, then 57 years old, had admitted sexual touching on the complainant, on several occasions, but "
always in a consensual manner

fallen in love
" with her and never to have "
forced her to do anything
".
This father had also admitted to regularly consult child pornography sites and download a large number of photos of young minors.
The prosecutor then specified that "as

disarmed by his superiors

administratively suspended from his functions
