When Sam Asghari needs good advice, he turns to his sisters.
"When I need an honest opinion, I go to my sisters," Asghari told Men's Health.
"I learned a lot about women from them and I learned a lot about respecting women."
They must have taught him well because he is now engaged to Britney Spears, his girlfriend of more than four years.

Has sense of humor
After Britney Spears announced on her verified Instagram account that Asghari had asked the question of whether she wanted to marry him, actress Octavia Spencer left a comment.

"Get him to sign a prenup," Spencer wrote.
Instead of being offended, Asghari responded to Spencer with the 100 emoji to represent 100% agreeing.
Spencer's comment received more than 25,000 likes.
Asghari also turned to his Instastory to assure everyone that a prenuptial agreement would occur.
"Thank you to everyone who is concerned about the prenup!" He wrote.
"Of course we're going to get a prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection in case she ever leaves me."
Fitness is his thing
The 27-year-old personal trainer-turned-actor runs an online business called Asghari Fitness, which offers personalized nutrition and fitness training.
He and Spears have a shared commitment to athletics.
"A lot of people don't understand that she's a crazy athlete. We play tennis together," he told Men's Fitness.
"We play table tennis together. She is very good at table tennis. It is a real competition."
Spears posted a video on TikTok of her and Asghari exercising together in May.
"I am grateful to have Sam to keep me in shape," wrote the singer.
"Couples who exercise together stay together."
It's here for Britney's happiness
While the Men's Fitness interview happened before their recent engagement, Asghari already sounded like a doting husband.
"I just want her to be happy, if that makes her happy I will," he told the publication.
"I'm not going to argue. How does he say that saying? 'Happy wife, happy life.'
Can take the fame
Although many have accused him of using Spears to expose himself, Asghari said "fame is not a job."
"I don't want to take it too seriously. And I don't think that's ever going to change, to be honest," he said.
"I don't want to dirty my happiness or dirty my spirit. No fame in the world is worth that."
