Meteorologist Dominik Jung says about today's Tuesday: "The beautiful warm September weather is running out of breath from today or today is the last very warm September day".
From tomorrow it will slowly be cooler.
The reason: a thunderstorm roller should hit Bavaria tonight.
The German Weather Service (DWD) even speaks of "strong thunderstorms *".

On Wednesday during the day, the edge of the Alps was also more severely affected.
There would be “local heavy rain * of 15 to 25 l / m² in a short time, small hail and gusts of up to 70 km / h.” Even outside the thunderstorm, heavy rain “up to 30 l / m² in 3 to 6 hours cannot be ruled out”.
Meteorologist Jung reports that the heavy rain could also lead to flooding and aquaplaning locally.

Weather expert gives great hope for the coming weekend
But there is also good news.
Jung announces a high pressure area * for the weekend: "It indicates that a high is establishing itself over Eastern Europe and that will bring us sunny and often dry September weather again for the weekend." It now depends on how exactly the high over Eastern Europe is positioned and how long it can stay there.
Depending on the situation, there can be a longer period of good weather again, says Jung.
For the time being, there will no longer be maximum values of well over 25 degrees.
