According to the Observatory, the winds along the coast of Guangdong are weak today and showers are affecting the area.
In Hong Kong, rainfall of more than 10 millimeters was recorded in some areas this morning, and rainfall in Sai Kung was even more than 30 millimeters.
At 12 noon, the typhoon "Sandu" gathered about 230 kilometers east of Shanghai. It is expected to move slowly and linger in the sea east of Shanghai. It then moved to the area from the Korean Peninsula to Japan and gradually evolved into an extratropical cyclone.
