The four defendants: Chen Peiying (18 years old), Zeng Ziyan (18 years old), a 16-year-old girl and Huang Siman (19 years old), were charged with a crime of criminal destruction on October 13 of the previous year in Metropolis Plaza. Except for the 16-year-old girl who was sentenced to a probation order for 24 months, the other three defendants were sentenced to 240 hours of social service order.
