In addition to opening a watercourse for the November general, the victory of Together in the Province establishes the new balance of forces in the opposition coalition, determining factors in the 2023 race, which has already begun.

In this scheme of parities, Facundo Manes (Dar el Paso) starts a fight in the Electoral Justice to reduce 0.18% tenths of difference with Diego Santilli.

The objective is to reach the maximum floor of the agreement (40%) with its partners from PRO

and the CC, which would allow the neurosurgeon to incorporate more representatives from his list on the official payroll for national deputies.

With the provisional result of Sunday,

the radical candidate remains in the third place of the list of Together

.

That performance of Dar el Paso, contributes the diverse entrance to the Congress of Danya Tavela, Emilio Monzó and Margarita Stolbizer.

The first two places are reserved, after PASO, to Santilli and Graciela Ocaña.

But, if Manes reaches 40% of the vote, he would incorporate three new applicants of his own among the 20 "to leave."

The clean and jerk, of course, would be at the cost of a loss of candidates from PRO and CC.

Ten days of final counts remain.

That tension is not resolved by an administrative vote count.

From this Sunday, Manes is the addition that Diego Santilli requires to add additional value to the campaign in the next 60 days.

So necessary, they admit, to maintain the flow of votes obtained between the two, in the internal.

And also in the recruitment of those who did not attend the election.

A 5% of the electorate is missing, likely to go to the polls in November.

It is the same network in the sea that the ruling party will deploy;

they anticipated it.

To understand this gibberish that began in the Electoral Justice, first a preliminary explanation: the agreement in the coalition determined the dispensation of the D'Hont system for the integration of the Juntos list in Buenos Aires, as it was used in the Autonomous City.

In the Buenos Aires scheme adopted, the quotas must be assigned based on the percentage of votes obtained by the minority.

It was resolved, then, that up to 30% of the valid votes in internal elections, the minority obtained the 3rd, 8th, 13th, 23rd, 28th and 33rd places.

More than 30% and less than 40% of the valid votes obtained the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 24th, 27th, 30th, 33rd places.

More than 40%, spaces 3 °, 4 °, 7 °, 8 °, 11 °, 12 °, 15 °, 16 °, 19 °, 20 °, 23 °, 24 °, 27 °, 28 °, 31 °, 32 °, 35 °;

and alternates 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th.

In this last segment, the prominent participation in the list of the second party force is notable.

In this case, Manes as an expression of radicalism and his companions, including, as detailed, detachments from the PJ, the GEN, and others.

In case of exceeding 40%, they would be interspersed two by two.

Tavela would be fourth, Monzó and Stolbizer seventh and eighth, Quetglas and Llenderrozas 11th and 12th, and Jesús Cariglino and Josefina Mendoza 15th and 16th.

The coin is in the air.

With 96.91% of the votes cast counted, 3,149,989 votes were counted for Together.

Santilli is imposed 60.18% to 39.81% of Manes

.

They are just 0.18% difference.

They represent 5,775 votes.

The drive for the definitive recount reveals how important these votes have on one side or the other.

They are benches.

It is internal power in strength.

It would also express the new political representation sought by the UCR.

As well as the challenge for the head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, designer of the PASO in Province and Federal Capital, to maintain harmony with radicals and their associative neighborhoods.

Still, to the point of granting?

The winner usually expresses magnanimity.

At least that is what those who claim 40% speculate with.

"Nobody is willing to sacrifice so much effort to vote more or vote less," they insist.

It will be necessary to see what elasticity the pact assumed at that summit in La Plata, in the middle of the electoral campaign, where the referents of Juntos agreed on the electoral floors in the sectional elections and the distribution between majorities and minorities.

With the provisional result, and 0.18 tenths of difference, this would be the conformation of the list:

1-Diego Santilli (PRO - Es Juntos) 2-Graciela Ocaña (Public Trust - Es Juntos) 3-Facundo Manes (UCR - Dar el Paso) 4-Marcela Campagnoli (CC ARI - Es Juntos) 5-Juan Manuel López (CC ARI - It's Together) 6-Danya Tavela (UCR - Take the Step) 7-Gerardo Milman (PRO - It's Together) 8-María Sotolano (PRO - It's Together) 9-Emilio Monzó (Republican Peronism - Take the Step) 10- Gabriela Besana (PRO - Es Juntos) 11-Hernán Lombardi (PRO - Es Juntos) 12-Margarita Stolbizer (GEN - Give the Step) 13-Alejandro Finocchiaro (PRO - Es Juntos) 14-Victoria Borrego (CC ARI - Es Juntos) 15-Fabio Quetglas (UCR - Dar el Paso) 16-Florencia De Sensi (PRO - Es Juntos) 17-Javier Sanchez Wrba (PRO - Es Juntos) 18-Elsa Llenderrozas (UCR - Dar el Paso) 19-Nelson Marino (PRO - It's Together) 20-Patricia Vasquez (PRO - It's Together) 21-Jesús Cariglino 22-Sofía De Hagen 23-Walter Di Giuseppe 24-Josefina Mendoza 25- Lucas Yacob.

Now, if Manes reaches 40%, the list will be this:

1-Diego Santilli (PRO - Es Juntos) 2-Graciela Ocaña (Public Trust - Es Juntos) 3- Facundo Manes (UCR - Dar el Paso) 4- Danya Tavela (UCR - Dar el Paso) 5-Juan Manuel López (CC ARI - It's Together) 6-Marcela Campagnoli (CC ARI - It's Together) 7-Emilio Monzó (Republican Peronism - Take the Step) 8-Margarita Stolbizer (GEN - Take the Step) 9-Gerardo Milman (PRO - It's Together) 10 -María Sotolano (PRO - Es Juntos) 11-Fabio Quetglas (UCR - Dar el Paso) 12-Elsa Llenderrozas (UCR - Dar el Paso) 13-Hernán Lombardi (PRO - Es Juntos) 14-Gabriela Besana (PRO - Es Juntos) ) 15-Jesús Cariglino (Republican Peronism - Take the Step) 16-Josefina Mendoza (UCR - Take the Step) 17-Alejandro Finocchiaro (PRO - Es Juntos) 18-Victoria Borrego (CC ARI - Es Juntos) 19-Pablo Juliano ( UCR - Give the Step) 20-María José Navajas (UCR - Give the Step) 21-Javier Sanchez Wrba.

In this way, the PRO would go from 10 places among the first 20 candidates, to only having 6. And the Radical Civic Union would jump from 4 to 7 candidates in their twenties.

Herein lies the dilemma.

It is known, the expectation is with the first 15 places.

The objective is to get closer to the performance of 2017, where Cambiemos obtained 42.15 of the votes.

In these STEP, Juntos obtained 37.99%.

In this transit, how much political pull does Together in Buenos Aires resist?

Early, Manes was encouraged to mark the field.

As soon as the election was over, he declared that

"I do not agree with saying that this Sunday was the triumph of Larreta

; because we decided to play despite having a system against it, which does not want anything to change. With Santilli we will be together, but without losing identity ”, was the collated telegram.

The message is accompanied by reserved conversations, "on good terms", between actors on both sides.

The president of the UCR Province Committee, Maximiliano “Maxi” Abad, and Jorge Macri (Vicente López), among them.

They respond that there will be a final count "as appropriate and in accordance with the law."

Nobody rules out an exceptionality in the rule.

They mention the antecedent of the regulation change to allow a better positioning of Ricardo López Murphy on the Juntos por el Cambio list.
