Last Friday, an altercation broke out between Michel Perat and one of his constituents for a reason that remains, for the time being, unknown.

The respondent indicates that it is the mayor who would have pushed him first
", explains the magistrate in charge of the case, Manuella Garnier.
A reason at first sight futile therefore, which is enough however that things do not degenerate.
The person then attacks the city councilor violently, beating him up, throwing stones in his direction and uttering death threats.
Damage and theft
Supported by a doctor, the mayor is prescribed three days of temporary incapacity for work (ITT).
He also files a complaint with the gendarmerie, which proceeds to arrest the minor.
The respondent is already known to the legal services for acts of damage and theft.
At the end of his police custody, the teenager was indicted for "
willful violence resulting in a total incapacity for work less than or equal to eight days on a person holding public authority
" and placed under preliminary supervision. .
He will appear before the juvenile judge on October 18.
