Mexican authorities investigate the possible kidnapping of 20 foreigners in San Luis Potosí

A group of armed men broke into a hotel in Matehuala, in San Luis Potosí, and took people of Haitian and Venezuelan nationality, according to Federico Garza, the state prosecutor.
