The Russian Federal Security Service has arrested two terrorists who carried out recruitment operations for the terrorist organization "Unification and Jihad Brigade" in Siberia.
The Russia Today website quoted a statement of the press office of the security service as saying: “The Russian Federal Security Service in the Krasnoyarsk Territory managed to discover and identify two citizens of one of the republics of the Central Asian region who tried in the capital of the region to spread an extremist and terrorist ideology, as they were active in the field of recruiting residents of the region to participate in destructive activities.
The statement pointed out that a criminal case has been opened against the terrorists, while the Federal Security Service is conducting an investigation with them.
The Russian security continues its operations to pursue and arrest terrorist cells, as it announced on the 10th of this month the elimination of two terrorists in the Boyansk region of the Republic of Dagestan during an anti-terrorist operation.
