Strange encounter with the white woman in the Ebersberger Forest

The White Woman appeared at the Hubertus Chapel for the Open Monument Day - but in broad daylight.

Two policemen stepped in.

- The white woman, around whom many myths entwine, appeared as part of the program that the district home keeper Thomas Warg and the State Forests had put together for the day.

The former Ebersberg city archivist Antje Berberich had slipped into the role of the mystical woman and haunted around the chapel, where she told passers-by the story of the white woman.

And then she reported it: “A lot of cars drove by, one braked heavily and stopped next to me.

Two outraged police officers jumped out and beat me with words.

I asked for composure and politeness, related my mission, which they did not believe. ”Finally she called Thomas Warg for help.

The district home attendant vouched for Berberich's integrity.

After half an hour, the Ebersbergerin was allowed to continue haunted.
