Today, the Turkish regime authorities arrested 29 people on the pretext of their association with the preacher Fethullah Gulen, whom Erdogan's authorities accuse of being behind the 2016 coup attempt in the country.
The Anatolia News Agency, speaking on behalf of the Turkish regime, quoted a security source as saying, "At least 29 people were arrested in nine regions, including an active-duty soldier, on suspicion of having links with the Fethullah Gulen Organization."
Since the coup attempt, Erdogan's regime has launched a campaign against its opponents that included all public and private sectors and led to the arrest of tens of thousands and the expulsion or suspension of about 150,000 government employees, members of the army, police, judiciary, media and others from work.
