The Green Party politician Hans Urban has been sentenced to a fine by the Wolfratshausen District Court.
A comment from editor-in-chief Carl-Christian Eick.
Wolfratshausen / Eurasburg / Munich - The member of the state parliament Hans Urban (Greens) from Eurasburg has been sentenced to a fine of 10,500 euros by the Wolfratshausen district court for coercion in the majority of cases with false suspicion. The 43-year-old's lawyers are not appealing the verdict. The Munich II public prosecutor's office has announced that it will withdraw its appeal (we reported). The judgment would then be final. A comment on this:
"Do what is right": That is his personal motto, emphasizes Hans Urban, Member of the Green Party, on his website.
Honesty, straightforwardness, credibility: these three terms, “this is my attitude”.
The 43-year-old Eurasburger threw his honorable resolutions overboard almost two years ago.
Urban abused what was actually a banal argument on his farm - in the hope of being able to hit the internet giant Google, which he hated, in the headlines, with a politically motivated blow.
Hans Urban staged a theatrical play
He staged a theatrical spectacle that, according to the conviction of the district court, culminated in the fact that, against his better judgment, he accused a driver of dangerous bodily harm.
Bauer Urban accepted that the then 25-year-old was wrongly caught in the mill of justice - with potentially fatal consequences for the Google employee.
“Do what is right”: The Green politician trumpeted his fictitious story in a “media release” to the world and took over the tasks of investigators, prosecutors and judges in personal union.
Too bad that a camera was running during his bizarre “smear comedy”, so public prosecutor Thomas Husband in his plea: the police, public prosecutor, appraisers and magistrates were able to take an undisguised look at the events in question.
The template for a declaration of withdrawal can be googled
To say “Grod out” what is going on: That is one of his strengths, says Urban about Urban.
But the idea of "grod raus" admitting shortly after his farmer's theater that he had run away, he did not come up with after the physical injury he had faked.
"Do what is right": The exposed liar should now heed his philosophy of life again: "Grod out", formulate a public apology and resign from all political offices.
By the way, Mr. Urban, you can google the template of a declaration of resignation.
