Argentine ministers present resignations to Fernández 2:49

The president of Argentina, Alberto Fernández, spoke on Thursday after the wave of resignations in his cabinet.
In a series of tweets, he noted that "this is not the time to raise disputes."
“The governing coalition must listen to the message of the polls and act responsibly.
We must, and we will, to ensure that the needs of our people are met, "said the president."
"We have to give answers honoring the commitment assumed in December 2019, in the face of society. This is not the time to raise disputes that divert us from that path," he said.

This Wednesday, several officials made their resignations available to Fernández, three days after the primary elections in Argentina, which meant a defeat for the ruling party.
Both on Wednesday night and Thursday morning there were several meetings in the government house, while the steps to be followed were being evaluated.

And he added: "Even so, I prefer that all that force that a mobilization of this magnitude implies be channeled to build the militant epic that helps Argentine men and women to unravel the dilemma that is posed to us in November."
The marches in support of Fernández were eventually called off.
