As-Suwayda-Sana
One of the energy alternatives companies has started implementing a photovoltaic power plant in the town of Al-Quraya in As-Suwayda, at a cost of about 250 million pounds.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company executing the project (The Blue Planet), Dr. Samer Alwan, indicated in a statement to SANA reporter today that the plant based on generating electricity from sunlight is being implemented according to the provisions of the Electricity Law with a capacity of 100 kilowatt-hours, and it is being implemented for an investor in an innovative engineering way.
Alwan pointed out that the implementation of the station, which will be connected to the public electricity network in the town, coincides with the company's continuation of the licensing procedures for the implementation of two stations, the first in Bersas for a mill with a capacity of 100 kilowatts, and the second in Attil for water wells with a capacity of 300 kilowatts.
