In addition, the construction site will last much longer than initially thought.
This was announced by the city administration of Kaufbeurens.
Due to the high volume of traffic on Kemptener Straße, the timetable for line 6 Plärrer-Oberbeuren-Plärrer cannot be adhered to.
In the course with arrival at Plärrer at 7:38 am, delays of around 15 minutes must be expected.
In order to attend school on time, pupils from Oberbeuren are asked to switch to the course 30 minutes earlier, arrival at Plärrer at 7:08 a.m.
The delay of line 6 leads to further restrictions on line 7 Plärrer-Frankenried-Plärrer, Plärrer departure at 7.45 a.m., Frankenried Dorfplatz departure at 7.56 a.m.
It is to be expected that this course can only be attended irregularly until the construction work is completed.
If the delays on line 6 are too long, this course of line 7 will unfortunately be canceled in order to comply with the rest of the schedule.
For commuters from Frankenried / Hirschzell in the direction of the train station, we recommend changing to the courses at 7.30 a.m. or 8.26 a.m. from Frankenried Dorfplatz.
Extension of the full closure
As the civil engineering department of the city of Kaufbeuren informs, the construction project in Hohe Buchleuthe will drag on longer than planned and with it the already existing full closure. In the last few weeks, the utility companies have renewed the gas and water pipes in the Hohe Buchleuthe and almost completely completed the work. In the course of the pipeline construction, it was also necessary to repair the road drainage, among other things. For this purpose, various street inlets and drainage channels are currently being renovated.
Following the necessary renovation work, a new asphalt surface layer will be applied over the entire length, from the confluence of Äußere Buchleuthe / Innere Buchleuthenstraße to the end of construction in the area of the Mooser Ingenieure GmbH & Co. KG office (Hohe Buchleuthe 9 a).
This is followed by a new lane marking.
This work is to be completed in the calendar week from October 4th to 8th.
