Two key officials in the government's judicial strategy, especially Vice President Cristina Kirchner, have no plans to join the wave of resignations inaugurated by Interior Minister Eduardo "Wado" De Pedro.

They are the Procurator of the Treasury, Carlos Zannini and the Vice Minister of Justice, Juan Martín Mena.

Despite responding to the vice president - who devised the resignation en masse - they did not follow the chain resignations that began on Wednesday

to pressure President Alberto Fernández, who was

pressed after the electoral defeat in the PASO.

Both officials,

Zannini and Mena, stomp in the judicial area of the Government.

The first is the head of the state attorneys and the second is the judicial brain of the Ministry of Justice led by Martín Soria, one of the officials who did resign.

Zannini is the judicial mastermind of Kirchnerism

since he worked with Néstor Kirchner in Santa Cruz.

He was Secretary of Legal and Technical during the twelve years of Kirchnerism and has a relationship of maximum trust with Cristina.

He is in charge of cases in which the State is a litigating party.

When he took office, he took charge of the case of the Argentine Mail, where the family of former president Mauricio Macri is involved.

Together with the vice, he shares a prosecution, that of the cause of the Pact with Iran, a trial that they seek to overturn in Justice.

It is not the only cause in which it is investigated.

Due to his privilege vaccination, he was investigated in the file of the VIP Vaccination Center.

Zannini was inoculated ahead of time and appears on the payroll - along with his wife Patricia Alsúa - as health personnel when his profession is a lawyer.

Mena stomps on Justice, a ministry that has the gaze of the vice president, prosecuted in multiple causes of corruption and with a trial in process, that of Roads where she is investigated for favoring Lázaro Báez through public works.

Mena was deputy director of the AFI during the government of Cristina Kirchner and when Oscar Parrilli controlled the organization.

But he has a long history in the Ministry, in fact he already held positions during Cristina's presidency.

Mena had a strained relationship when Marcela Losardo was in charge: in fact, she was the one who commanded the area.

Félix Crous, the head of the Anti-Corruption Office, remains in office.

This Thursday versions appeared that he was leaving his place, but official sources were in charge of denying them.

In Kirchnerism they believe that it is one of the areas in which they cannot let go of control.

In addition to Mena and Zannini there are other officials linked to the judicial world and who arrived with the impulse of the vice president who did not leave their places.

The head of the Anti-Corruption Office (OA), Felix Crous, will remain in office.

The OA had already given good news to the vice president in the two years of government of the Frente de Todos.

Crous was the one who gave up being a plaintiff in two files that complicate the vice, the Los Sauces and Hotesur cases where they are investigating her for money laundering.

Neither did the AFI inspector, Cristina Caamaño, nor Ricardo Nissen, the head of the General Inspection of Justice, a Christian who was empowered by Máximo and Florencia Kirchner, leave their positions.

Another of those who will continue in his place

is Gerónimo Ustarroz, the representative of the Executive Power in the Council of the Magistracy.

Although his situation could be affected by another potential exit, that of "Wado" De Pedro.

They are both foster brothers and Ustarroz -from direct arrival to the vice- responds to the official who has the minutes counted in the Cabinet.
