Update September 1st:

The health department reports 26 new infections. According to calculations by the local health department, the seven-day incidence for the FFB district is 82.27 per 100,000 inhabitants. The RKI gives the value as 79.5. Among the vaccinated, the incidence in the FFB district is 20.10, among the unvaccinated according to private calculations it is 158.04 (as of Wednesday, the basis is the vaccination rate of the BRK, the vaccination breakthroughs and the current population, given as 218 740). The calculation of the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food (LGL) is considered to be statistically more relevant (because of the larger amount of data). Accordingly, the incidence of the unvaccinated in Bavaria last Thursday was 110.55, that of the vaccinated was 9.18. Three of the newly infected people reported in the Bruck district on September 1 are returnees (two from Kosovo, one from the Netherlands). For some time now, there has been a noticeable number of returnees from Kosovo among those who tested positive - but ultimately one can only speculate about why, a spokeswoman for the district office said when asked. Kosovo, however, is classified as a high-risk area - and those affected are often family groups. Overall, the infection process in the district is considered diffuse. In the district clinic, eleven patients are currently being treated for Covid 19, and nobody has to be ventilated. In the meantime, 121,895 people in the district have only been vaccinated. In the past few days, the number of employees who tested positive in the care facilities has increased slightly overall, reports the district office.

Currently there are a total of seven employees in three homes.

The figures are also to be seen in relation to the test frequency: Since August 16, the obligation to test for unvaccinated employees and unvaccinated visitors to the care facilities has been in place again.

In addition, there are more tests due to the holiday season.

In one home, three residents had tested positive.

These people are all fully vaccinated.

Due to the high vaccination coverage among residents in the care facilities, there are only a few cases where close contact persons are classified among the residents, as quarantine measures are not required for a full vaccination and this classification is no longer carried out.

August, in Kraft.

There are currently 252 infected people in quarantine, as well as 155 contact persons.

Update August 25th:
