At certain times, those wishing to be vaccinated can now come to the vaccination center in Freising without having to make an appointment beforehand.
"However, you are asked to keep appointments that have already been made," emphasizes District Office Spokeswoman Eva Zimmerhof.
For the moment, however, those interested can come to the vaccination center spontaneously at the following times: October 1: 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m., October 5: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 6: 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m., October 7: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 8: 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m., October 12: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 13: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 14: 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m., October 15: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 18: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. October: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 19: 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m., October 21: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 22: 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m., October 27: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m., October 28: 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m.
16 and 17 year olds can be vaccinated without their parents being present
From November onwards, vaccinations will probably take place Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4.45 p.m. without an appointment.
In addition, there will soon be special vaccination offers for schoolchildren.
Until now, adolescents from the age of twelve could only come to their vaccination appointment if accompanied by a parent.
For 12 to 15 year olds this also applies to the first vaccination, for 16 to 17 year olds a written declaration of consent from their parents is sufficient.
For a second vaccination, adolescents from the age of twelve no longer need to be accompanied.
"In old people's and nursing homes, there is currently a strong demand for booster vaccinations", reports Zimmerhof.
A total of 1375 vaccination appointments on site are due for the mobile teams of the vaccination center in the near future.

What the district office also announced: On September 30, the branch of the vaccination center in Au will close.
If you are interested, you can come to the branch office (Pfaffenhofener Straße 5) without an appointment until September 29 in the morning (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.).
