Ioza Perez scored the first for the hosts in the 9th minute, Harvey Barnes doubled in the 64th minute and then Napoli woke up.
Victor Osiman shrank five minutes later and in the 87th minute also managed to find the net for the second time, on the way to a dramatic equalizer in England.
Leicester already had a double advantage and could only come up with arguments for itself.
