Planegg-Krailling - The start of the new season in the 2nd Bundesliga South went completely wrong for the volleyball women of TV Planegg-Krailling.
At TV Waldgirmes, the team of head coach Florian Saller lost without a hitch with 0: 3 (20:25, 22:25, 16:25).
“We did not object to the acceptance,” said Saller, naming the main problem. "Waldgirmes delivered a solid game," added Saller, whose team was also irritated by the noisy Waldgirmes fans, who did not shy away from being insulted. The first set was initially balanced. Then the home team pulled away steadily. An intermediate sprint from the TVP was no longer enough to catch up at 20:25. In the second round, the women from the Würmtal came better into the game. They fought head-to-head with Waldgirmes, in which the hosts ultimately had the better end to themselves at 25:22. In set three, the guests were completely out of their roles at times. As a result, they ran after a significant deficit from the start, which at 16:25 finally culminated in the match defeat. "Now it's time to clean your mouth and get on very quickly," said Saller before the home start on Saturday (7pm, Feodor-Lynen Gymnasium) against TV Dingolfing.
