The director of the old Mezzeh hall, Mais Mualla, confirmed in a statement to SANA that the institution seeks to secure all items in its halls, so that the customer can find everything he needs within them, at prices discounted from the markets by 10 to 15 percent and of good quality, and thus he does not have to shop elsewhere.
Maalla pointed out that the introduction of this large variety of materials reflected positively on the consumer on the one hand, and on the complexes, halls and outlets on the other hand, by increasing the sales movement and achieving positive intervention in terms of prices.
SANA’s camera toured a number of Syrian trade halls in the Mezzeh area and monitored the views of a number of citizens. In the new Mezzeh hall, Firas Wajeeh noted the step of expanding and increasing the existing materials constantly, while Mikhail Kindergarten pointed out, during its purchase of vegetables, the need to create competition with market stores in the interest of the citizen. Some of the materials in the institution are cheaper than those in the market, and some are similar, and others are more expensive, such as fruits.
In the Galaa hall, Munir al-Sawaf described himself as the permanent customer of the Syrian Trade Hall, especially for vegetables and fruits, because they are sold according to the ration bulletin and he buys them on a daily basis from them, in addition to the possibility of choosing what he wants from them himself without the intervention of the seller, while Muhammad al-Samman indicated the availability of a large assortment of different brands of goods at reasonable prices. .
Ibrahim Khalil stressed in the old Mezzeh hall that he always comes to buy from this hall, although it is far from his area of residence, but it includes many materials and their prices are cheaper than the market, as he put it, calling on the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection to unify prices between halls due to differences in prices for some materials.
