The stake said it would remove stake website, Facebook and other designated electronic platform information at 10 pm.
It is understood that the electronic platform information to be deleted by the stake includes web pages, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube.
By 10 pm, the facebook page of the "Hong Kong Alliance" was no longer accessible, and its website, Instagram and Youtube pages had also been closed.
According to Article 43 of the "Minato National Security Act" and "Implementation Rules" Schedule 4, Article 7(2), if the Commissioner of Police has reasonable grounds to suspect that someone has posted on an electronic platform, it is likely to constitute a crime of endangering national security Electronic messages may very likely lead to these crimes.
With the approval of the Secretary for Security, the person concerned can be required to remove these messages before a specified time limit.
