The prose poem... the poet's choice, Nayrouz Jbeili, without delinquency in vagueness and surrealism

It is one of the poetic voices that the prose poem gave birth to in Syria about two decades ago, so that the poet Nayrouz Jubaili achieved a presence on the local and foreign arenas, in which she showed her adherence to modernity without delinquency in vagueness and surrealism.

Nowruz, who is based on her emotion in every text she writes, shows in an interview with Sana that she combines the emotional feeling she has at the moment of writing and what she has accumulated of cultures, knowledge and observations of reality to write a text that can reach the recipient's taste and be the title of her literary existence.

Nowruz loves clarity in poetry, provided that it adheres to aesthetic foundations, as it is not with ambiguity and unknown meaning in the pretext of creativity, because the creator must come with what the recipient understands.

Although she writes modern poetry, she is not biased to any form, but rather likes beautiful poetry that has the elements of astonishment, such as the poetry of Nizar Qabbani, who wrote in all forms and was amazing in addition to some Sufi poetry because it possessed, throughout the ages, a lot of aesthetics.

And when Nowruz writes her text, she does not adhere to a specific circumstance, but rather the idea invades her and makes her search for a paper and a pen so that the situation is drawn and loaded with what she loves in addition to what she has in her imagination.

And about her opinion of the literary movement that the cultural scene is currently witnessing, she believes that there are writings and talents that deserve to stand in front of them. On the other hand, there are those who must work not to publish their products and limit their presence, calling for the establishment of controls that prevent the entry of the untalented into the arena and the contribution of everyone to this issue, which she finds very necessary .

She points to the impact of the war and its reflection on the cultural scene, as it limited the presence of creativity and exhausted it, which gave way to the emergence of weak names and experiences that do not have the foundations of true poetry and presented a negative image of the level of literature.

In order for the writer to remain close to his environment and society, he, as Nowruz sees, must cultivate hope, face despair, show the truth and correct behavior, and this is his natural role, and for this he must write and continue writing.

The poet Nayrouz Jbeili has published two collections of her: (Dancing over rugged slopes) and (Violence in forgetting memory).
