The municipality has therefore sent several pictures of various election posters to the regional election officer via the district office for examination - including the controversial poster.

The party also advertises with a second slogan: “Feminism.

You pussies. ”Above it is a bandage with a blood stain on it.

Mayor Jan Neusiedl finds such a choice of words unspeakable.

Form of freedom of expression

In a written statement, the Munich district office informed the municipality of the opinion of the regional returning officer. The statement is not very satisfactory for the mayor and administration, but has to be accepted: The election poster does not meet the criteria of sedition and is therefore permissible in the form of free expression. The standard is the current case law. The church's hands are therefore tied. If they removed the posters, the party could hope for damages.

In Ismaning, too, the public order office has dealt with the content of the posters.

Here it was concluded that nothing should be done.

Complaints also about AfD poster

In Oberschleißheim, the public order office has not received any complaints about the party.

There was feedback on a poster of the AfD with the slogan of a law enforcement officer: "I prefer to chase criminals out of the park instead of grandmas." Oberschleißheimer was upset about this and asked whether it was legal.

But, so the answer from the regulatory office, the posters are hanging in the immediate vicinity of the police station.

Senft also has an explanation for the content of the second poster: “Feminism.

You pussies. ”The party stands for feminism:“ Anyone who feels attacked by a bleeding hygiene product can no longer be helped, because it is nothing other than natural. ”The poster is a commitment to feminism.
